What I work on: My position as computer scientist with in Cancer Research UK International Accelerator program is to established integrative analytical environment to update analysis modules and embed biological data, allowing non-computation biology users the ability to query information related to Colorectal cancer. To do so, I’m creating the Accelerate Portal and analytical shiny app, to be accessible by entire consortium.

Relevance to the rest of the group:  If anyone has data and want to see how is the analysis result or have a method that would like to make it available by only one click, then send it for me and I will be embedded  to the shiny app.
